Bill Shank is the CEO of Lighting Technlogies, an Atlanta-based commercial lighting firm focused on quick response time, knowledgeable and courteous technicians and the ability to solve most every lighting issue. Bill is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Instititue (PMI). Bill and Lighting Technologies are also involved in NALMCO, Illuminating Engineeering Sociery and the Cobb County Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
A native of Pittsburgh, Bill earned an MBA from the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Shiv Sudan, President-Elect
Shiv Sudan is the vice president of Rico Electrical & Lighting Services Inc., a family owned full service electrical contractor based out of Toronto, Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a degree in business administration, in addition to being a inter-provincial licensed Electrician. He has 15+ year of experience in the industry, having apprenticed with Rico Electric at an early age and being actively involved in his family business.
Shiv resides in Mississauga, Ontario with his wife, Tina, and son Jai.
Leo Murray, IV, Past President
Leo Murray, IV is the founder and president of AMPRO Power Solutions, Inc., a commercial lighting and sign maintenance company. With offices in Tampa, Orlando, and Pompano Beach, AMPRO services the state of Florida. As the license holder for AMPRO, Leo is state certified in both lighting maintenance and electric signs. Second generation in the lighting and sign industry, Leo has extensive experience in the industry.
Leo serves as a board member for PLASMA and is actively involved in the organization. Additional affiliations include NALMCO, ICSC, IREM, and PRSM.
Leo attended and played basketball at both West Point Preparatory School and Xavier University. At Xavier, he received the coach's award from legendary basketball coach Skip Prosser. He holds a bachelor of business administration from East Tennessee State University. During his time as an athlete at ETSU, Leo was team MVP and received the players' choice award. Leo played in the United States Basketball League and enjoyed a successful professional career playing in China and Finland.
He resides in Tampa, Florida, with his wife, Agnieszka, and their dog, Norman. Leo enjoys fishing, basketball, and working out.
Jarad Bailey, Director
Jarad Bailey is the President of Operations and Sales for Environmental Lighting Service (ELS). He joined the firm in 2010 and has helped grow the business from a local service firm to a regional presence that currently services most major cities in Texas. ELS offices currently include Dallas Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Jarad is NAILD certified and currently accumulating hours to sit for his Journeyman Electrician license. Jarad not only serves on the PLASMA board but also as chair of the Technology committee for PLASMA and Co-Chair of the Technology & Communications committee of NALMCO. Additional affiliations include BOMA, IREM, and the TSA.
Jarad is a native Texan who has received a BBA from SMU and an MBA in Finance from TCU as well as holding a Series 3 license for futures and commodities. Outside of his business roles he is very active in athletics, home improvement, shooting and scuba diving along with spending time with his wife, Lauren.
Kyle McClelland, Director
Kyle McClelland is the General Manager of Have Lights Will Travel. Kyle is currently purchasing Have Lights and is in charge of all day to day operations. Kyle Graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2009 with a BA in Information Systems. He lives in Sparks with his wife with their 3 and soon to be 4 children. Have Lights Will Travel is based in Reno, Nevada and services all of Northern Nevada to the Utah/Nevada Border. Have Lights currently has 5 Bucket Trucks and 2 Service Vehicles specializing in lighting and sign maintenance and repair. Have Lights is also a licensed Electrical Contractor and does minor electrical repairs and TI work for businesses. Over the last 3 years, Kyle has helped Have Lights Will Travel grow in size and area, expanding to include more RPM work for major companies such as Home Depot, Walgreens and other Major Corporations.
In addition to PLASMA, Kyle is involved in NALMCO and is CALT certified as well as a Board Member of EAR, a local networking organization.
Todd Mendelsohn, Director
Todd Mendelsohn is the director of Imperial Lighting. Todd is currently responsible for leading the growth and sales direction for Imperial Lighting by adding business lines, major clients and an expanded territory. Todd is part of the third generation of ownership for the firm, founded in 1973.
Todd graduated from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2005. Prior to Imperial Lighting, Todd spent 6 years in the Corporate Real Estate industry with a focus on business growth through recruitment and operations management. He is currently active in several organizations while remaining focused on the growth of Imperial Lighting. Todd currently lives in Chicago with his wife.
Cliff Parks, Director
Cliff Parks, PE is the owner of Outdoor Lighting & Energy. Parks took ownership of the company in 1996, after a 17-year career management position at Duke Energy.
Parks is a registered electrical engineer and a licensed electrical contractor for the states in which Outdoor Lighting & Energy provides lighting management services. Outdoor Lighting & Energy’s service territory covers North Carolina and South Carolina. Operations are located in Durham, NC and Charlotte, NC.
Parks is a graduate of North Carolina State University’s College of Engineering. He lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with his wife of more than 25 years and his business partner, Cindy. They have two adult children.
Lori Landry has been in association management nearly 15 years. Lori has been the Executive Director for the Professional Lighting and Sign Management Companies of America since January, 2014. Lori has managed several educational sessions, numerous seminars and events and trade shows.
